Awaiting The Pregnancy Test Results:
Welcome to our transformative journey to parenthood. In this video, we share a heartfelt update on our path to parenthood through surrogacy. On September 27th, our gestational carrier underwent embryo transfer, and we’re eagerly awaiting the pregnancy test results due on October 11th. Navigating the challenging terrain of infertility, we’ve embraced alternative paths to parenthood with hope and faith.
As we are awaiting the pregnancy test results we are grateful for the empowering coaching and support from our international agency, and for your continued thoughts and prayers. This journey is a testament to strength and resilience, and we invite you to join our community of kindred spirits as we navigate these emotional milestones together.
Your support truly means the world to us, and we deeply cherish each message of encouragement. As we move forward, we encourage you to stay tuned for further updates. Additionally, we want to kindly remind you that your continued thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated. Moreover, may countless blessings be upon us all as we continue on this remarkable journey together.
Fasting and Praying:
As I mention in my video, I’ve been fasting and praying since September 27th, the day of our gestational carrier’s transfer. I’ve been fasting for 12 hours each day. On the 27th through the 30th, I fasted from all food, consuming only water or tea. Additionally, a colleague and I did a sun-up to sun-down fast together on the 27th.
On October 1st, I began the Daniel Fast. While I’m still learning about it, I’ve gathered that certain foods are allowed. Some sources say to drink only water, while others mention herbal tea and 100% fruit juice. I’ve been having a banana, some cashews, unsweetened applesauce, water, and berries during my fast, which I continue for 12 hours each day.
If you have experience with fasting and praying and have any tips, please feel free to share them below. Wishing you all continued blessings, and may you continue to be a blessing to others.
