Balloon Removal and the Next Steps

Today’s Excitement 😎 Balloon Removal

Greetings, everyone! I’m thrilled to be back with some exciting news to share from my recent appointment. The balloon removal was a success, and I couldn’t be happier to tell you that it’s been removed. The doctor was quite pleased with the healthy and strong lining that had formed around it, which gave them the confidence to go ahead with the removal.

Moving Forward After the Balloon Removal

As a result of this positive development, I’ll be discontinuing my use of estrogen and antibiotics. Instead, I’ll be starting a new regimen with Provera to help regulate my menstrual cycle. The Provera is 10mg , taking 1 tablet by mouth once daily for 10 days. Once my period begins, I’ll be getting in touch with the office to schedule a saline ultrasound to check for any potential scar tissue reformation.

Stay Tuned

Rest assured, I’ll keep you all updated throughout this journey. Your thoughts and prayers have been a tremendous source of support, and I’m truly grateful. As always, I wish each of you the very best, and may your day be filled with blessings!

Will continue with these changes:

In my previous post I had discussed how certain vitamins, nutrients, and dietary choices may indirectly support uterine health and potentially contribute to the thickening of the uterine lining. Vitamin E can improve overall uterine health and blood circulation, while fish oil, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, can enhance blood flow, both of which are essential for a healthy uterine lining.

Additionally, digestive enzymes play a role in nutrient absorption, indirectly benefiting uterine health through overall nutritional support. While no specific food or drink directly thickens the uterine lining, a balanced diet rich in herbal teas, antioxidants, dairy, iron-rich foods, healthy fats, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables can promote overall uterine health by providing essential nutrients and vitamins.
