Sue Bedford (MSc Nutritional Therapy)

Enjoy this ‘nutritious and delicious’ drink that is fertility-friendly to cool off this summer. Why is it excellent?

It includes these incredible Ingredients

Cucumbers are a fantastic source of vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, and fibre in addition to being low in calories, wonderful for hydration, and lowering inflammation. They include quercetin, an antioxidant that helps lessen swelling.

Strawberries contain a lot of vitamin C, a potent antioxidant that is vital for the health of the immune system, the skin, blood vessels, heart, and fertility. Along with being a healthy source of fibre, potassium, and folate, one serving per day provides the full adult-recommended daily allowance of vitamin C.

Mint is a good source of beta carotene, folate, and iron.- adding to the balance and taste of this lovely cooler.
