Vitamin B Blast Fertility Supporting Smoothie
Ingredients:
Spinach: Rich in folate (B9), which is essential for reproductive health.
Avocado: Provides healthy fats and vitamin B6.
Banana: Contains vitamin B6 and is a natural sweetener.
Berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries): Packed with antioxidants.
Greek Yogurt: High in vitamin B12 and probiotics for a healthy gut.
Chia Seeds: Good source of omega-3 fatty acids and fibre.
Almond Milk or Coconut Water: A liquid base for consistency and hydration.
Honey or Agave Nectar (optional): For added sweetness, if desired.
How to make your smoothie:
Place a handful of spinach in your blender.
Add half an avocado (remove the pit and scoop out the flesh).
Peel and chop a ripe banana and add it to the blender.
Spoon in a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
Add a handful of berries (fresh or frozen).
Add 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
Pour in almond milk or coconut water until you reach your desired consistency.
