Kiwi Fruit – maybe small but they pack a great nutritional punch! Kiwi Fruit contain one of the highest vitamin C content of any fruit.  Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants play a key role in keeping our bodies energized, cleansed and invigorated. From vitamin C and E to folate, kiwifruit has it all — and then some! They also contain a good amount of fibre too.

Apples help support the immune system too as they are also rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and contain many plant compounds including Quercetin. They have a low Glycaemic load so release sugar slowly into the blood – good for balancing hormones, watching their weight and for those with PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome).

Blueberries are amazing! They are rich in Anthocyanins, a powerful antioxidant, are low in fat, packed with vitamin C and are a good source of fibre.

Ginger contains antibacterial properties along with anti-inflammatory compounds.

All of these ingredients combined together pack a great nutritional punch that not only provides us with important antioxidants, which are also great for the skin and provide support to the immune system too.
